Andrew Cabrera
Assistant Pastor
Andrew has served as a worship director since 2003. In 2015 he began the ministerial & clergy development program through the Wesleyan District and shortly after became the Youth Pastor for El Cajon Wesleyan. He currently serves here at Sweetwater as "The Pastor Of Other Things", overseeing all ministries as well as media and web design for the church.
Bernadette Jackson

She is a loving wife and mother of 2 adult children, a caretaker, an animal lover, and loves the outdoors. She is a selfless, and loyal person and has a heart for God.
Karl Westfall
Associate Pastor
Karl Westfall has been an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church for 45 years. He previously served as Sr Pastor of Sweetwater Church from 1997-2004. After leaving here he served as District Superintendent of the Northwest District till 2013. He and Sharon returned to San Diego and have been assisting at Sweetwater Community Church since then.
Sharon Westfall
Associate Pastor
Sharon has been an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church since 2009. Over the years she has served as a Worship leader, taught Sunday school, led women ministries, taught ordination classes and been involved in leadership for Women In Ministry. She enjoys helping other women discover where God might be leading them.
Ron Snowden
Associate Pastor
Pastor Ron and his family have called Sweetwater their church home for over 30
years. After retiring from the Marine Corps, and while working as a Physician
Assistant for Kaiser Permanente. Ron completed his seminary training and
pastoral internship and was ordained as a Wesleyan Pastor in 2004.
His areas of ministry have included Pastor of Christian Education,
Congregational Care, and Discipleship. Ron’s currently active as a member of
the Preaching Team, Compassion Ministry, Men’s group, pastoral counseling,
mentoring, and teaching a weekly adult Sunday School class.
He and his wife Laural have been married for 53 years and have two daughters
and two grandkids. When not watching his beloved Auburn football team play,
Ron enjoys playing golf with good friends.
